Peer support
Real conversations with people who've lived it. One day at a time.
Who we are
Anonymous, volunteer-led and led by lived experience.
Day One Club is a volunteer-led, lived-experience peer-support and advocacy project in Wales. We've been there ourselves. We stay anonymous on purpose, so the focus stays on the message and everyone feels safe to reach out.
We're here for LGBT+ people and men who have sex with men affected by chemsex: whether you're in recovery, thinking about stopping, or just want to talk to someone who gets it. No judgement, no lectures.
When we work with services and organisations, we come as lived-experience consultants, not trainers. We share what it's really like, so support can be shaped around the people who need it.
Secrets keep you sick.
How we help
Small, independent and led by lived experience.
Real conversations with people who've lived it. One day at a time.
An anonymous survey to understand people's experiences and the support available in Wales.
Lived-experience insight for health, community and public services that want to get it right.
